No improvising on install day. Each project moves through three phases, and nothing advances until the phase before it is squared away.

Deploy
Using the most qualified, vetted service partners, we deploy and fully test the new technology systems, and provide onsite training for ownership, management and staff.

Serious about technology
Kilo Sierra takes its name from the military phonetic alphabet, and its standards from the same place. The company is led by a Marine Corps veteran with 25 years in the technology industry and 15 years in the bar and restaurant business.
That means we know the systems, and we know what it takes to run a floor on a busy night. We plan every project the way a mission is planned: clear objective, detailed plan, the right people, and no loose ends.
